The Bible tells us to be just and judge things with reason.  1 Thessalonians 5:21 tells us to test all things and hold to what is good and we are to be of a sober mind (1 Peter 5:8).  With this in mind it seems both…Continue

Poem: Alive to Righteousness?

Posted by Joseph J. Breunig 3rd on April 24, 2014 at 7:16am 0 Comments

Are you bearing good fruit?

Are you hungry for victory

and for more of His Presence?

Are you alive to righteousness

and Christ’s divine essence?

Faith without loving works

is still considered dead;

are you part of a local body?

What are you doing today?

What is it, that you embody?

From the greatest exchange,

our raggedness for His glory,

taken was our sinful shame-

Hallelujah to The Lord!

Hail to His Holiest Name!

Made…

WHEN CHRIST SHALL APPEAR

By the late Pastor Bob Hanna

Scripture Reading: Titus 2: 13

"When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with Him in glory" (Colossians 3:4). When He shall appear to whom? The writer of this statement is the apostle Paul. He addresses the saints who are members of the church--which is the body of Christ. He assures us that "Our conversation [our citizenship] is in heaven; from whence we look for [expect] the Saviour, the…

I saw the Lord Jesus in My dream. I don't take any credit for this, he just came because he is good. His eyes were so beautiful and they had a look of concern and compassion. Please don't loose faith my brothers in sister's, He is coming soon. And he loves you all so much. Praise the Lord, to him belong the Glory and Honor forever. Amen.

Miracles Jesus Could Have Performed

A blind man was led up to Jesus, whom he asked to restore his sight.

“I believe you are the Messiah,” said the blind man. “And I know you can do anything, so will you please help me to see again?”

“Be healed and, and go in peace,” replied the Savior. “Your faith has delivered you.”

America's Christian Roots

Posted by Mark Howard on April 22, 2014 at 10:35am 3 Comments

52 of the 55 signers of America's Declaration of Independence were orthodox, deeply committed Christians. The other three all believed in the Bible as the divine truth, the God of Scripture, and His personal intervention.

It is the same Congress that formed the American Bible Society. Immediately after creating the Declaration of Independence, the Continental Congress voted to purchase and…

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .

There is no distance between people of like precious faith.

GLORY IN TRIBULATION

"We also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope." [Romans 5. 3 - 4]

The ability to endure suffering and loss with joy is one the most powerful proofs of the saving power of the CHRISTian faith. Paul, the apostle endured such afflictions, but still could "glory" in the many…
