SEXUALLY ABUSED BEST FRIEND
my best friend told me before Christmas that her dad has been abusing her since she was little. she didn't want to report it, she just wnated to be able to talk to someone. someone, probably our councellor, reported what was going on earlier this week. the father was arrested, and confessed to everything. the mom paid bond for him, and he's now out and about. it's really hard on her, especially now that our local paper has decide to make it the front page story in today's issue. she didn't want anyone else to know... but now everyone in our very small town will know. all of this has pushed her away from God... please pray for her.

oh my God, how heart breaking it is, well all i can say is i will definitely pray for your frend's bright future and pray for her dad too.. is your frend in holypal..? if so would be glad to be a frend of her as well, just to let her feel home with me and to pray for her.

That is so sad, not just that she was being abused but how it became public knowledge. But if her dad was abusing her then it is for the best that he get arrested, I can't believe the mom would bail him out though...she must be so scarred...we will just have to keep her in prayer. She is probably angry with God, after all why can't she have a happy life like everyone else but without the abuse....I often felt the same way growing up. The only thing we can do is keep her in our prayers and all you can do is just be a good friend to her and help her through it...God Bless!
