About Me:

Hello my name is Erick and I am devout Christian! I first met the Lord when I was in middle school. One of my best friends, he is Italian, had a wonderful charming sister. During a sleepover over at my another good friends home I ended up calling and saying something very impolite to her that destroyed our friendship and any connection I had with their family. To make things worse after that incident we completely disagreed with everything from political views to how to treat animals. It has gotten worse over the years and I cannot bear to even look at his face anymore. Still today I cannot forgive myself for what I have done even after apologizing. I can only remember what I felt and how helpless I was after the situation. At the time I was enrolled in football and after a hard worked practiced I came home and knelt beside my bed and began to wept. I prayed for the first time meaningfully from what I can remember. I can't describe that feeling and what I felt. But I was saved! I knew I had a new start and anything is possible with God. There was a fire in my heart that was raging and felt I could do anything now that God was there watching and protecting me. I know God has a plan for me. I give him everything I have or can offer and know he will return much more than I can ask for. Today I am a member of local Nazarene Church in my community. I have been away for a short time, but so much has changed when I got back. I met and lost a lot of good people, no wait friends. Even changes have begun within my household and where I live. Even though so much is happening and these times seem to be ruff I have faith. In God the Father and his beloved son Jesus the Christ. I know they are still watching me and protecting me from this world. I have what I believe a strong foundation. And I pray when this storm comes I will stand tall with my savior and hopefully be with him for all eternity. Amen

When I fill out a application or in this case a social networking box and I see the word hobbies; I say to myself... Uh oh Lol to be honest I can't really say I have any. Some of the things I like doing are reading anything I can get my eyes on, driving big trucks, and just hanging out with friends. My life can be so busy sometimes or it seems to be that I really neglect myself on doing the things I would like doing if I had more time. If I could, but don't mention this to anyone, I love to watch MoViEs!

favorite music:

I love music! It is a powerful motivator when I workout and especially when I go for runs. The only problem I have with that are those apple headphones. Yeah, the small headphones that just stick in your ear and fall off when your doing any type of movement. Well Back to the music... I love Country! I also love anything Christian!! The one thing I like about Christian music is that know matter what type of genre you listen too theirs a Christain equivalent. Toby Mac & Carrie Underwood are my favorite artists. My favorite song is Jesus take the Wheel which is by Carrie Underwood. Hmmm let me think... Oh I also love patriotic songs including Proud to be an American & American Soldier by Toby Keith
