First and foremost....I've been a serious Christian for over 37 years..... I can say with a certainty that He is more than you can imagine....if you develop a relationship with Him. He will never let you down and He can be as real to you as any physical person in your life. He is an AWESOME God!!! And the BEST way to get to know Him is through His Word. It is a handbook, guidebook, legal document and a Will. He left promises for us to use....there is an answer for every single situation in His Word....don't let it gather dust!!

I was born in Germany,came to the States as an infant and
grew up in New York City. Since age 5,after
seeing a film of Swan lake Iwanted to be a ballet dancer .I started studying ballet at age 10 (almost 11),and by age 13 was on full scholarship at Dance Theatre workshop and also Kathryn Dunham..although I only went to Dance Theatre Workshop for the ballet rather than the modern. I auditioned and was accepted at the "Fame" School and graduated from the High School of Performing Arts class of '68. By age 16 , I went pro, actually earning my first paycheck for a performance at 15. Until this year, I've been a dance teacher on and off since my twenties.


Currently, I'm a composer and singer of Contemporary Christian , Gospel and Messianic music and many of my songs have been used in church services and functions. I'm currently working on compiling the hundreds of songs I'd written since 1971 into albums....My first album "Watchmen upon the Wall" is about to be released as hard copy. My next project besides my songs, is ballet class music orchestrations.

As a Russian american , I speak, read and write russian. I owned my own translating service for a few years.
I'm very happily married to my best friend and husband for 27 years...have 3 great adult and successful kids. and now due to extremely prolonged empty nest syndrome... we have a large bunch of dogs...all rescues.

I'm a happy person,and love my life.

Tami Vodvarka was a church worship leader and musician for many years. During those years she wrote and co-wrote songs for use in worship services. Over time through many different types of inspiration, the song list grew. As people started to encourage her to do more with her music, she realized that she had written hundreds of songs. Most of her songs were scripture put to music, but the list of songs with her own lyrics had also grown. The songs on this site are just a small sampling of her compositions. Most recently she joined the ranks of composers by becoming a member or ASCAP. The vision is starting to solidify and take shape as is she walking toward her goal. You are viewing this journey. It's her hope that her music blesses someone in some way.
