God First

'Prioritizing God' sounds simple, but the pressures of our lives try very hard to push Him out of the way, and sometimes we find ourselves in that difficult place of suddenly stopping, re-evaluating our lives, and realizing that we've somehow lost that all-important "first love".

Jesus demonstrated this sense of priority even as a young child - at the age of 12, he astounded His parents by stating: "Did you not know that I must be about My Father's business?" Later, in His ministry, He r… Continue

Hey hun :D Wanted to leave a message for you last night but ended up being very tired and having to wake up early for My Baptism today! I hope you're doing well, not seeing you on MSN recently and pray everythings going ok. My Baptism was wonderful, I was very nervous but I really just needed to relax and it's been the best decision I ever made :) Bless you and I hope this e-mail finds you content with the Lord and well in his sight.

God Bless You Hun!

Aww poor you. I knew someone once who used to work lates in Asda. I know that the money is OK but the labour is terrible. The fact that you lasted 2 weeks is a miracle, I don't think I could do an hour!

Well, I work full time as a Retentions Executive with a Telecoms firm and I'll only be full time there until September, because I'm going back into full time education to study Childcare because I just Love children :) I really can't wait until next tuesday, The college has an open evening and I'm going to go down there and get the full story :)

Well, I'm the kind of person who wants to travel and likes to see as much as she can of ths world (If I could, I'd love to travel and meet people along the way) and I am fascinated with World languages and cutures. This year I am going to Saudi Arabia for my 21st Birthday and I can't wait to see that part of the world. Part of me is very called one day to go on mission and help people and that really is all that I want to do with my life, Help :D

I love playing sports like badmington and I love swimming, Skiing and socialising (lol could you tell?) I'm not really the centre of attention but I love to be with a large group of people and share a meal together. I think you can really bond with people in that kind of setting, I'm not a clubber at all!

So you're being tempted, huh? I won't ask by what, But I pray that you overcome it and that God sees you through as I know he will. I am getting so excited by my Baptism now, I can't wait!!

Do you have MSN? If so, we can always talk on there if you like :D I think it's so cool that you learn so much! You're like a sponge! :) I know that in Arabic, CAM means 'How much?' and that's it. When I go to a Souk, I want to know how to ask for things!

Well I hope you're having a great day, hopefully we'll message again soon.

Love and GodBless (And don't study too hard!)

Konnichi wa, Tom! Bring on Lesson two!

I actually REALLY like that! I love to learn new languages and I have to admit that Japanese is such a beautiful language and as soon as I hear it I think of sliding doors and hotsprings and...sushi of all things! Ok, Alittle strange, But I hope that you will keep teaching me :)

Today, Church was awesomely profound and great, More on Revolutionary Love, This week it was 'Love is Kind' which was touching and the message was just preached so profoundly and passionately that I was glued to my chair! I've also been told not to wear anything white or any skirts for my baptism lol as they have a tendancy to float! Lol, I won't be making THAT mistake! God is truly in my heart today and I am so blessed with your friendship, I'm so glad that I can be Welshy with you too!

You haven't been to Cardiff 0_0...That's it, you're coming with us! Last year, a whole group of us went from church, all of the adults with special spirits and all the volunteers too! It was so nice, we totally took the Bae by storm! We walked into this REALLY fancy resturant, all of us in thick coats and jeans and we were like...Ahem, Table for 20 please! lol, The Maitre'd Looked PETRIFIED! That is such a wonderful memory :D

You know, It occured to me, You are never having a bad time when God is at he forefront of your life and I have to say that you've inspired me into doing some youth ministry. Maybe in time I can start doing that :) I was very sorry to hear that your Father is without a Church right now. My prayers are with you all and your congregation as you all find a wonderful new space for the Lord.

I'm going to ask this, but do you speak Italian too? I know Bueno, but I think that that might just be spanish! lol, I'm really not all as daft as I sound!

I hope that you've had an awesome Sunday Tom and that your week begins in the best way possible, with Jesus as your frontrunner.

God Bless and speak to you soon,

Michaela x

Lol! Tom, God Bless your words and wow! What a wonderful power session. Thank You for going into that in such detail for me, I really feel the power of God in what you say and you are certainly going to tough both hearts and lives along your walk with the Lord. How amazing that God chooses us for so many things. I hope that one day I can be as knowledgeable about Jesus' Promises to us as you are now.

So how are things up in North Wales? Getting a bit warmer I should imagine, I hope so! Lol This summer I'm thinking of going on a bit of a roadtrip with my Best Friend who lives in Newport. We're definately going back to the Gower for a swim and a surf and possibly a BBQ, and we're going to St. Fagans in Cardiff and to the Bae again. Have you been? It's such a wonderful place that I find it so hard to keep away from. In work, my heart does a secret little loop when someone calls me from Wales. I miss it more than I can say, especially now that I'm needed. Maybe in a couple of weeks i'll pop to the Port and see how things are going, It's actually not too far!

So, You taught yourself Japanese? Well that is Awesome! I can say Konichi-Wa and that's about it i'm afraid! Although, I can speak a handy bit of French and some Finnish. Maybe you can teach me some, and tell me what you wrote at the bottom of the last message too lol :D

Well, I should go! I need to do my hair as it's church tomorrow morning and I'm so looking forward to it :) We're doing a 7 week lesson on Revolutionary Love and its fascinating and such a great motivational tool! I've been loving people all week :D I hope you have a good day tomorrow and that I hear from you soon.

With Love and God's Blessings.

A Bientot,

Michaela x

Lol *hugs* God Bless you My Brother in Christ. Thank you so much for those verses and wonderful words of comfort. I know that God is changing me inside and out and that Baptism is something that I want to do so badly.

So, you have a MAJOR calling. How wonderful! Although, I would like know more about this End-time Preaching. I was watching this man on GodTv not too long ago and they were focusing very heavily on the end time and I don't know, with our church recently studying Habakkuk, I feel like time is running out. Everywhere, some people can be and are being so Ugly and hatefilled. I don't know whether you saw the news this week, but an innocent man in England was killed by a woman's boyfriend who was out for revenge on a man that swore at the lady in the supermarket.

He died in hospital from headwounds and his widow and son are currently in court. I know that this is stupid, but I feel like crying. I saw his widow coming out of court, crying hysterically and all I wanted to do was throw my arms around her.

He is coming again...and I want to make the way for our Saviour. I am so interested as to what you think to all this.

Japan looks just beautiful. I'm in Love with Anime and my Brother and Sister love it too. Do you get to watch any anime at all?

God Bless you Tom, I hope you're keeping well and i'll be praying for the fulfillment of your calling, in His perfect time.

Love and Best Wishes,

Michaela x

Wow you've got family in Italy? That's amazing! Must be a great place to go for Holidays :D Well, my calling for God is a very personal one but I don't mind sharing. I am first and foremost, a born Mother. One day it would make me very happy, fulfilled and content to be a Mother and have a family of my own, but that is something that I Pray for in my future. I am also called to Care and as much as I would like to progress in Ministry or the such, I feel compelled to take up a career in Elderly Care or Childcare, I just can't decide which one I want to go into! I pray for some guidance there. Ok, So now I have a question for you. You're in a Non-denominational Church, Right? Well, I'm looking to be Baptised in a Non-Denominational Church in about 2 weeks, and my sister was saying that I'm turning my Back on my CofE roots. But I find I'm much closer to God in my Non-denom church. Should this Matter? I'm still going to be a Christian, but are there any more implications? Sorry for all the questions, but i'm very interested. Well, Godbless and hopefully i'll hear from you soon.

Love, Michaela x

P.s. What's your calling in Christ?
