Kudos go to you for your thread about single and divorced women looking for 'godly' men. I think that women like this tend to want a man who is completely or nearly flawless, and then when he doesn't come up to their expectations they drop him like a hot potato.
I believe it's not so much what comes out of a man that makes him what he is, but rather his actions. They need to understand that we guys are imperfect beings - we still have our faults and we are capable of falling and failing in life just as we are capable with walking and succeeding. Life has it's ups and downs, and they can't seem to be able to live with the 'downs'.
I'm 37 now and have never been married in my life. I don't want to get hitched to a woman just because she is vocal about her faith - I want to know what her intentions and actions are before I decide whether she is marriage material or not. As yet, I have yet to find a woman who is right for what I need. :-S
