- I am a homesteading, home schooling mama of 5 children. I have been a Christian almost 13 years now and love my Lord with all my heart, soul and mind. I love His Word and try to live my life for His glory. God has been busy smashing my pride, painful, yes, but it has me slowly becoming more like Him. I live in North Central Maryland on a small hobby farm where we raise chickens and horses.

Modesty What Does it truly Mean?
My mind has been reflecting a lot on what modesty means. My first thought when I think of that word is women’s dress. But modesty is so much more than that, so much deeper and it encompasses the entirety of life. As a Christian should we be pompous and full of abundance? As a Christian are we to be full of pride and self accomplishment? Are we to continually try to get attention and rise above the crowd?
