Music Has Always Been A Big Part Of My Life... being a former disc jockey and a recording artist i have played the stage and clubs to know that my own personal music that i create has to speak of much more than just this life and the things it! The secular relationships we encounter of the world can and does prohibit us from an even greater relationship with God our Father. In recent times i have been working on my own relationship with the Lord and i pray continually to be lead by the Holy Spirit in a new direction and that the gift that God has given to me can encourage others to seek out the true meaning of life and who God really is! some people scoff at CCM, Christian Rock, Or Anything That Does Not Say (Gospel) I will state that Christ Says To bare witness of Me... whosoever denies me before men, i also will deny him before the father... (got it) so this is how you make the determination... listen to the lyrics, not just the music! it's what the writer is saying... not how good the music sounds... that's where people get caught up! and music where you can't even understand what's been said is definitely a work of confusion! the bible says God is not the author of confusion! (guess who is?) satan (the deciever) the english langauge is derived with words in which we can express ourselves in speech and in song as well as teachings and writings. but to bodly put it! If you are speaking of your love and your faith in God. than there should be no mystery of the point you are trying to stress! I can tell you first hand that when i wrote carnal songs my audience was the party-goers, the club hoppers and the feel good crowd... so i know the difference about what is praising God and what is purposely not!
